Waco, TX - Paced by a 21st finish by Joe Jackman and a 30th place finish by Alex Aleman, the Vikings boys cross country team finished 7th overall at the TAPPS State Championships held in Waco.
On the girls side, The Vikings finished in 9th place led by Caitie Tune, 43rd and Betsy Weber, 54th.
Both teams will now turn their attention to track and field, as the Vikings seek their first state championship this spring.
