Ben Lamb has been named as the next Head Coach of our Cross Country program. Ben was hired as an assistant Track and Field coach in the spring and made an immediate impact on our student-athletes.
Ben ran Cross Country and Track at East Texas Baptist for two years before completing his bachelor’s degree at the University of North Texas. Ben currently has a level two USATF endurance certification as well as a USATF Cross Country certification.
For the past five years, Ben has served as an assistant coach with the “Train Like a Kenyan” track club. During his time with them, they produced several state champions in Track and Cross Country, as well, as developed several athletes to run at the college level.
We are very excited to be expanding Ben’s role here at Nolan Catholic as the head Cross Country coach.
